• Items marked as final sale or customized/personalized products are not eligible for return or refund.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your return.
3. Refunds
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or order error.
• If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
4. Exchanges
• We offer exchanges for size or color within 30 days of purchase.
• If the desired item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.
• Exchanges follow the same return eligibility guidelines.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
• We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
6. Gift Returns
• If you received an item as a gift and wish to return it, we can issue store credit or exchange it for another product.
