Refund policy

At Tucker Keating, we strive to provide high-quality golf apparel that meets your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with returns and refunds under the following policy:


1. Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with tags attached and in original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Items marked as final sale or customized/personalized products are not eligible for return or refund.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return, visit tuckerkeating.com and go to the Return Portal. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your return.


3. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or order error.

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.


4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or color within 30 days of purchase.

If the desired item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.

Exchanges follow the same return eligibility guidelines.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


6. Gift Returns

If you received an item as a gift and wish to return it, we can issue store credit or exchange it for another product.

A gift receipt or order number is required for processing.
